Preston is an African-American man wearing a Union Jack (British flag) t-shirt and sporting an afro. He was one of the nine Flash Dealer members chosen to represent his gang at Cyrus' big meeting. He is also a playable character in Rumble Mode.

- Lance Williams is a senior lead analyst and tester on most of Rockstar's games. He also voiced Leon in Bully, the pimp in GTA III, and one of the thugs that talk to Marlon in GTAIV's mission Photo Shoot.
