Rico is the Main Lieutenant of the Hurricanes. He was voiced by Berto Colon.
In The Game[]
Rico appears in Adios Amigo, where he defends Sanchez from the Warriors. He also appears in the introduction scenes of All-City and Desperate Dudes.
Fighting Ability[]
Rico is always armed with a 4-hit knife during Rumble Mode.
He shares his ground head-butt combo with Sanchez, Snow, Sid and Thrash. He uses the Hurricane-exclusive standing grappling move, in which they lift their opponent by the leg, then slam their head onto the ground.
Like all generic Hurricanes (and Sanchez), he uses Rembrandt and Cowboy's fighting style. His power move is a Hurricane-exclusive heavy uppercut. Like Sanchez, his 'secondary' power move is almost identical to Swan and Ajax's rage power move.
Rico has unique animations when swinging long weapons, like a bat. These are only shared with Sanchez and Cobb.
Trivia[]
- As Diego and Vargas are the co-Warlords of The Hurricanes, and Sanchez is just a valuable ally to the gang, this makes Rico the official second-in-command of his gang.
