Stinky is one of the Vagrants. He was voiced by Kevin Freitas.
In The Game[]
Stinky appeared in the junkyard challenges in Flashback B: The Best, where he hosted the King Of The Hill competition.
He also 'fought' Rembrandt in New Blood, with Rusty, Speedy and Peaches. From that point, he roams around Coney, with Rudy and Perry.

- Strangely, he uses Rudy's voice in The Best.
- He uses the voice of Ron Weed/8 Ball in Real Heavy Rep, when thanking Cleon for wrecking some Orphans. However, this is just a random vagrant, who just looks like Stinky.
- This also happens when Stinky is assigning Rudy's mission to the player.
- During a phone call, he mentions that he and the mayor were Sergeants in the army together.
