Tracer is the Warlord of The Electric Eliminators. He was voiced by Holter Graham.
In The Film[]
Tracer was leading his gang to Cyrus' meeting in the introduction.
In The Game[]
Tracer was in the same place as the film, in Desperate Dudes, and is playable in Rumble Mode.

- He shares his voice with Vance, Goober, Gus and Bull.
- Despite his tough demeanour, he is the weakest warlord in Armies of the Night.
- In Armies of the Night, there is a Moonrunner called Tracer. He uses Glenn's model, and is the first Moonrunner you come across in the mini game.
