Royal is a soldier of The Jones Street Boys. He was voiced by Adam Scarimbolo.
In The Game[]
Royal can be seen in Set Up and in the intro for All-City and possibly at the meeting in Desperate Dudes.
Fighting Ability[]
His weapon of choice is a pipe. Like the other three generic JSB soldiers, instead of the two-punch combo, his standing grapple combo is a knee to the groin, then a knee to the face - the same combo that Thrash, Sid and several Destroyers use.
